Stress and burnout
When the pressure feels constant
Work, family responsibilities and ongoing demands can leave little space to pause. If you feel stretched, emotionally worn down or unsure what needs to change, counselling offers time to look at what is happening.
We can explore the demands you are facing, the expectations you place on yourself and the support available around you. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation or a solution.

Practical steps that fit your life
Sessions can help you clarify priorities, consider boundaries, talk through difficult decisions and explore manageable changes. The aim is to work with your circumstances rather than add another demand to your day.
Support suited to your needs
Your experience guides the conversation. If there are health concerns or needs beyond the scope of counselling, we can discuss whether your GP or another service should be involved.
Make a start
Telehealth appointments and selected Melton and Footscray clinic days are available. You can begin with a free 15-minute suitability call to ask questions about the service. Current session options and prices appear in the booking portal.
Urgent support
Blue Oak provides scheduled counselling and is not a crisis service. In immediate danger, call 000. For 24-hour crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
